As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (15-month contract), you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. In the fast-paced SaaS and tech landscape, having a robust pipeline of qualified candidates is a major strategic advantage. You will take ownership of crucial recruitment activities, ensuring our team is equipped to meet headcount goals while positioning Broadsign as an employer of choice in our industry.

Once a champion candidate is identified, you will assist in creating and extending compelling offers, handling contract execution smoothly to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience.

You will serve as a champion for our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring all data fields, candidate stages, and interview notes are updated accurately and in real time. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure compliance, support reliable reporting metrics, and facilitate seamless cross-functional team coordination.
