The Talent Advisor provides strategic consultation and partnership to Bronson Healthcare Group leaders in the administration of talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives. This role serves as an end-to-end talent lifecycle consultant, supporting attraction, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation for both internal and external candidates across the organization. In addition to full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, the Talent Advisor supports talent pipeline development, workforce analytics, university relations, and community engagement initiatives. The role partners closely with organizational leaders to apply hiring best practices, leverage labor market insights, and ensure recruitment activities align with Bronson’s mission, operational priorities, and regulatory standards. The Talent Advisor delivers a high-quality, compliant, and data-informed recruiting experience that supports workforce sustainability and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with organizational leaders to align hiring strategies with business objectives, workforce plans, and patient care priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on workforce planning, role design, hiring timelines, and talent strategy.
  • Counsel hiring managers and leaders on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute sourcing and screening strategies for high-impact, high-volume, or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Guide hiring teams through structured interviews and evidence-based selection practices to ensure best-fit hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a seamless, compliant, and positive candidate and hiring leader experience from application through offer acceptance.
  • Stay current on talent acquisition trends, sourcing strategies, and healthcare labor market dynamics.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, digital sourcing techniques, and recruitment technology to enhance candidate identification and engagement.
  • Utilize labor market data, talent insights, and recruitment analytics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Build and sustain talent pipelines through academic partnerships, university relations, community outreach, and emerging talent programs.
  • Represent Bronson Healthcare Group at recruitment events, career fairs, and community engagement activities, including offsite events as required.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen Bronson’s employer brand and long-term workforce sustainability.
  • Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment metrics to measure success, identify trends, and improve recruitment practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leaders based on data analysis and workforce trends.
  • Contribute to the development, communication, implementation, and administration of Talent Acquisition programs and processes across Bronson Healthcare Group and its subsidiaries.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with standardized hospital procedures, organizational policies, and all applicable certifying and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers and employees on hiring-related questions, ensuring adherence to policy and legal standards.
  • Provide training, education, and coaching to organizational leaders to enhance hiring effectiveness, interview quality, and workforce decision-making.
  • Act as a change agent by promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and alignment with Bronson’s talent strategy.
  • The Talent Advisor will track, validate, and report key recruiting metrics and KPIs on a weekly basis (including requisition volume & aging, pipeline health by stage, time-to-fill, time-in-stage, offer acceptance & decline rates, source effectiveness, and other critical TA metrics as assigned).
  • The Talent Advisor will use these analytics to identify risks, barriers, and trends, then proactively adjust recruitment strategies and execution plans accordingly, such as reallocating sourcing effort, refining outreach messaging, prioritizing critical roles, recalibrating screening and interview plans, and partnering with hiring leaders on corrective actions.
  • The Talent Advisor will provide concise weekly updates to TA leadership and relevant stakeholders, including progress against targets, root cause insights, and a documented action plan to close performance gaps and sustain results.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership & Enablement: Meet with assigned hiring managers on a consistent cadence to review hiring progress, align on recruiting strategy, and coach leaders on the TA process, expectations, and best practices to improve speed, quality, and stakeholder experience.
