About the Role

~1 min read

Rumford Stone has been fabricating and installing custom countertops in New Hampshire since 1995, growing from a two-stall garage into a modern 23,000-square-foot facility with robotic fabrication equipment. We carry an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and serve homeowners, builders, and contractors throughout Northern New England.

We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our team in Bow, NH. This role is central to how we deliver: you will manage projects from start to finish, keeping communication clear, schedules accurate, and the customer experience exceptional through fabrication and installation. Most of your work is residential — coordinating kitchen and bathroom projects of all kinds — and you will spend a lot of your day talking with homeowners and general contractors alike. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently juggle multiple projects while collaborating across departments.

This position starts fully in office for the first 90 days so you can learn our process and team. After that, there is the potential to move to a hybrid arrangement.
