• Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (e.g., ASQ certification).
• Proficient in the use of quality inspection tools and software.
• Experience with statistical process control and other QA methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in a similar quality assurance role within the industry.
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or similar role.
• Understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong statistical analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary.

• →Must have extensive knowledge of Mechanical Integrity, Pipe Inspection, Vessel Inspection as well as UT Fitness Inspections.
• →Conduct inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• →Document and report inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and paperwork for all inspections.

• →Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

• →Perform routine maintenance on testing and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• →Train and guide production staff in quality control procedures and protocols.
• →Analyze test data and communicate findings to relevant departments for process improvements.
• →Interpret and apply quality assurance standards, methodologies, and regulations.
• →Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
