CPJ St. Lucia - Brand Manager

BRAND MANAGER

Reports to: Senior Marketing & Customer Service Manager

Purpose

Drive brand growth and equity by setting the strategic direction for assigned brands and portfolios. Ensure alignment with CPJ’s commercial objectives, partner expectations, and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual brand plans, including positioning, pricing, promotions, and portfolio strategy.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and category performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand principals and suppliers.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure brand strategies translate into commercial success.
• Monitor performance against KPIs (volume, revenue, market share, brand health).
• Manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Provide input into NPD (New Product Development) and product launches.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in brand management, FMCG preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
