As a guide, we invite you to apply if you have between 2 to 5 years' experience in a management consulting firm or other client-facing roles (e.g. sales, marketing, account management), ideally involving strategic conversations with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
~1 min readAt BTS Japan, you'll work closely with colleagues on small, high-performing teams, partnering with senior leaders from Fortune Global 100 and 500 companies. You will help turn our clients' visions into results by designing tailored learning experiences that drive innovation, alignment, behaviour change, and performance. Specifically, you'll present your ideas to clients, build and customise solutions, and take part in the delivery of that solution to client stakeholders. No matter your experience level, you'll be empowered to take initiative and make strategy truly personal.
- →Client Focus: Understand client challenges and formulate solutions
- →Sales Exposure: Being comfortable with and having a desire to sell. Previous exposure to selling in a consulting environment is desired
- →A Team Player: Collaborate within BTS regional units and the local team
- →Flexible Program Development: Not only understand client needs, but to engage clients in a discussion-based approach to propose, develop, and execute customised workshops and programs that solve their organisation's challenges
- 2 to 5 years of experience leading conversations and solving problems with external clients or stakeholders whether in consulting, sales, or other client-facing roles, across both B2B and/or B2C
- Excellent project management skills, delivering results while working with multiple stakeholders and under tight timelines
- Facilitation skills to run workshops in Japanese
- Native-level Japanese and intermediate-level English
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Miro AI) is a plus
- Alignment with BTS values, including client-centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset
