About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the COO Office, the Business & People Strategy Manager will lead strategic workforce planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational efficiency and scalability. This role serves as a key partner to leadership, resolving roadblocks, optimizing labor, and driving measurable outcomes.

Restructure and track organizational expansion to align with strategic goals.

Align teams, roles and responsibilities with key company objectives.

Optimize hiring strategies to balance team composition and address critical needs.

Audit KPIs to identify delays, benchmark performance, and ensure fair compensation.

Deliver weekly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with actionable insights.

Align team budgets with personnel and departmental growth strategy

Experience in business operations, people strategy, or organizational management, ideally in Tech, Financial Services, or Web3

Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking, budgeting, and process optimization.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
