About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will support daily business operations and ensure efficiency across internal processes. You will help ensure smooth transaction processing, user account management, and compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-moving digital asset environment. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career analysts who are interested in business operations, fintech, or crypto.

A Cross-Functional Collaborator: You partner with teams across Product, Technology, Customer Service, and Marketing to support daily operations and drive project execution.

A Coordination Driver: You help align tasks across teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of operational activities.
