About the Opportunity:
 
We are seeking a Product Manager who has hands-on experience in planning and execution. In this role, you will play a key part in designing product requirements with the payment solution team to ensure a seamless product launch, exceptional user experience, and market success. You will focus on leveraging data analysis, and delivering impact results
  • Translate market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into product requirements.
  • Refine the product roadmap after fully understanding the problem statements and success metrics, as well as aligning with the business users.
  • Formulate new hypotheses and actionable tasks based on the performance analysis.
  • Specify the requirements in clear details verbally and in writing to smoothen the development process.
  • Assist with the end-to-end of the development cycle from design, testing, and iterations.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Identify anomalies, drops, or unexpected trends for next iterations.
  • Compare the expected and actual performance to comprehend the root cause of the gap.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 1-3 years experience in software product management.
  • Proven track record of successful product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in crypto or fintech industry.
  • Experience or knowledge in reviewing API documents.
  • Experience or knowledge in Agile methodology.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities.
