We are seeking skilled Talent Acquisition professionals at various levels to join our dynamic team in the exciting and rapidly evolving crypto, Web3, and blockchain industry. The successful candidates will bring expertise in recruitment and talent engagement, contributing to our overall organizational success. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation for roles specific to the crypto and blockchain sectors.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on specialized skills, experience, and cultural fit within a tech-savvy environment.

Manage recruitment projects, including initiatives focused on diversity and employer branding tailored to the crypto community.

Utilize direct sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates in the blockchain and tech markets.

Conduct market mapping to analyze industry talent pools, identifying key players, emerging talent, and competitor recruitment strategies.

Analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategies and improve processes, ensuring alignment with industry trends.

Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in sourcing and interviewing within this niche market.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within tech, crypto, or blockchain environments.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices, particularly in the tech and blockchain sectors.

Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels within a tech-driven environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market trends.

Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative landscape.

Experience in corporate environment recruitment is a plus.

Experience in software industry recruitment is a plus.

Experience of recruitment projects or employee branding is a plus.
