Strong commercial acumen and full comfort owning growth outcomes alongside Commercial leadership
Track record building and leading high-performing teams of 25+, attracting elite talent, and developing future leaders
Sophisticated judgment about when to use brand to drive performance, and when to use performance to build brand
Comfort and skill operating as a peer to a strong Executive Creative function, partnering rather than absorbing
Sharp instincts paired with sharp data fluency
High urgency, high standards, builder mentality, allergic to mediocrity
Prior CMO or SVP-level marketing experience at a fast-growth consumer business
