About the Role

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) to drive sales and improve ROAS
  • Execute paid media campaigns across retail.com platforms (e.g., Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Ulta.com, Sephora.com)
  • Execute paid media campaigns across DTC platforms (google, meta, tiktok, ect)
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs such as ACOS, TACOS, conversion rate, and share of voice
  • Partner with sales and eCommerce teams to align retail media strategy with promotional calendars, launches, and retail growth goals
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad copy, imagery, and branded content tailored for retail media platforms
  • Conduct regular testing of keywords, bids, audiences, and placements to optimize spend efficiency across all platforms owned + paid
  • Monitor competitive activity and category trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting across Amazon, DTC and retail.com accounts
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on how paid retail media contributes to Bubble’s broader marketing mix
  • 2–4 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or eCommerce advertising
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns (search + DSP)
  • Familiarity with retail.com media networks (Walmart Connect, Roundel, Criteo, CitrusAd, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting platforms
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and retail sales lift
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities
