Paid Media Specialist

• →Support media planning and channel strategy, helping shape how and where campaigns run
• →Manage the logistics of campaigns as they move from brief through creative and into launch, keeping timelines on track and coordinating between Creative, Performance, and our external agency
• →Manage Google Marketing Platform tools (DV360, CM360, and Floodlights) to support campaign setup, tracking, and delivery
• →Coordinate with our agency on ad trafficking, confirming specs, timing, and setup are correct before campaigns go live
• →Write and refine advertising copy
• →Manage campaign timelines and day-to-day logistics to keep launches on schedule
• →Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure campaigns launch and run smoothly
• →Use AI tools and other resources to find efficiencies and improve processes

• 3+ years of experience in paid media
• Experience with media planning and channel strategies
• Exposure to the full process of launching a media campaign, from brief to creative to launch to reporting
• Experience trafficking ads
• Experience writing paid search copy with an understanding of the underlying mechanics
• Experience with ad tech platforms required; DV360 and CM360 (including Floodlight) experience preferred
• Experience managing campaign timelines, logistics, and relationships with external agencies
• Comfort using AI tools to find efficiencies

• Experience in fintech, trading, and/or regulatory industries
• Google Tag Manager experience
