We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Customer Success Team as an Associate – Customer Success upon successfully completing our traineeship program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions.

Responsibilities

● Speak with Spanish & English-speaking Customers. 

● Handle client queries via text and video calls. 

● Understand and convey customer needs to the team. 

● Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.

● Uphold communication guidelines and procedures. 

● Build and nurture client relationships. 

● Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.

● Traineeship Program: (6 months): COP 2,250,000/month working 42.5 hours per week. 

● Post-Training (Full-Time) Annual Salary: COP 52,500,000 (Base Salary) + COP 17,500,000 (Performance Variable) working 42.5 hours per week.
