Responsibilities

  • Communication: Engage with customers in English and Spanish.
  • Demand Generation: Drive multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, social media, and networking platforms) to engage and qualify prospects within the assigned territory. 
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture meaningful client relationships from the very first interaction.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct Zoom-based demos, identify prospect needs, and share valuable insights and feedback with the team.
  • Sales Cadence: Follow established communication guidelines and maintain a structured, consistent outreach process.
  • Flexibility: Be open to working in shifts based on territory requirements upon transitioning to a full-time role.

What We Offer

On successful completion of the 6-month traineeship, you will be absorbed into full-time employment as an Sales Management Associate (SMA) with an OTE of MXN 480,000 per year (The base salary is MXN 240,000 per year, and the target variable pay is an additional MXN 240,000 per year. Variable pay is paid out each month).
Traineeship Program: Duration: 6 months (8.5 hours/day), Training stipend: MXN 10,000 per month
