Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor

$85,000 – $90,000 annually + incentives
Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is an expanding ABA organization dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality services to children and young adults with Autism. We are committed to clinical excellence, teamwork, and a progressive, supportive leadership culture.
We are currently seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a full-time hybrid position centered on clinical oversight, team development, and maintaining exceptional standards of care. With dedicated administrative departments already in place, you'll have the support needed to focus on leadership and client outcomes.
Role Structure
This position currently operates within a 2-tier service model (BCBA + BT/RBT). As our organization continues to expand, there may be an opportunity to transition into a 3-tier structure (BCBA + Mid-Level + BT/RBT) in the future. At present, however, the role remains within the 2-tier model.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical services for a manageable caseload of 10–15 clients
- Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
- Evaluate and approve FBAs and treatment plans
- Provide staff supervision, coaching, and clinical support
- Promote ethical practices and the delivery of high-quality ABA services across all environments

Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification (BACB)
- Preferred: 1+ year of BCBA experience
- Strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and clinical decision-making
- Comfortable providing services across home, school, and community-based settings
