Talent Partner - Tech

Bullfinch Recruitment is looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter / Talent Partner to join a dedicated recruitment partnership with one of our rapidly expanding gaming clients.

This is a little different from a traditional agency recruitment role. You’ll work closely and directly with the client’s internal teams, becoming an extension of their organisation and operating as an internal Talent Acquisition Partner.

You’ll be embedded in the business, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their teams, culture and growth plans, and taking ownership of recruitment from initial briefing through to offer.

• →Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business to understand current and future hiring requirements.
• →Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of technical and engineering roles.
• →Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality technical talent, including passive candidates.
• →Build strong talent pipelines across areas such as Software Engineering, Platform, DevOps, QA, Data and other technical disciplines.
• →Act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insight, salary guidance and advice on talent availability.
• →Manage candidate relationships throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through to offer.
• →Work closely with stakeholders to continually improve recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
• →Build a strong understanding of the organisation, its teams, culture and technical environment.
• →Use recruitment data and market insight to track progress and inform hiring decisions.
• →Represent the client’s employer brand and values throughout the candidate journey.

We’re looking for someone who is confident operating as a hands-on Tech Talent Partner, rather than someone who simply takes a vacancy and fills it.

You’ll ideally have:

• 5+ years’ experience in technical recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience recruiting for Engineering and wider technical roles.
• Experience delivering global recruitment, working across different markets, locations and talent pools.
• Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• The ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and become a genuine recruitment partner.
• Experience managing multiple technical vacancies and priorities across a range of locations.
• A strong understanding of technical recruitment markets, talent pools and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, consultative approach and the confidence to provide recruitment advice and challenge where appropriate.
• Experience working within gaming, iGaming, social gaming or another technology-led environment would be desirable, but is not essential.

This is a 12-month remote contract based in South Africa, offering the opportunity to work closely with a global gaming organisation while becoming an integral part of their Talent Acquisition function.
