Retail Supervisor (Forklift License Holder preferred)

• Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers

• Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours

• Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support

• Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements

• Managing and coordinating stock effectively.

Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others. Having a forklift licence would be ideal for this role.
