About the Role

Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
Managing and coordinating stock effectively.

You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others. Having a forklift licence would be ideal for this role.
