Job Title: Air Travel Consultant

Location: Gurgaon

We are currently seeking experienced Air Travel Consultants to join our team. Your
role will involve assisting and offering support to our clients as they prepare to
embark on their journeys around the world.

Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English
2. Exceptional customer service skills
3. Ability to work independently with great attention to detail
4. Sales Travel experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
1. Ability to work during the latter part of the day
2. Arrange International flight reservations according to clients’ needs
3. Advise clients on available products, travel dates, costs and accommodations
4. Handle travel-related issues, complaints, or refund requests
5. Respond to requests for international price quotations using automated systems
for worldwide itineraries
6. Cultivate and maintain business relationships through regular contact
