Business Alliance HR is recruiting an FMCG Channel Quality Monitor for a large multinational company that is working in the food industry and has its own chocolate and confectionery products brand. The candidate will conduct audits on the distribution channels, and the job is 100% in the field. فرصة عمل ميدانية لدى شركة عالمية كبرى في قطاع الأغذية! مطلوب مراقب جودة قنوات التوزيع للعمل بشكل ميداني 100% في الضفة الغربية ومتابعة وتدقيق نقاط البيع وقنوات التوزيع. يرجى قراءة الوصف الوظيفي بتمعن قبل التقديم للوظيفة Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct daily visits to points of sale among different West Bank cities according to a pre-determined daily schedule to Locate the sample retail outlets according to pre-set criteria. Conduct audits for the products and collect other marketing information inside the sample retail/store outlets. Take Photos in all stores visited. Enter the audit data into the device and transmit all data to the main office on a daily basis. Work is 100% in the field, and the candidate will report directly to the Area Supervisor. Daily car travel is required to reach all locations within the defined area, including cities in the West Bank. Conduct and achieve the daily Target of visits (defined by the coordinator). Maintain good and continuous communication with the international main office and with the external supervisor. Conduct fieldwork for ad hoc projects when needed. Requirements Able to travel to other cities and areas and work alone in the market. Familiar with FMCG retail outlets. Able to communicate effectively in Arabic and English. Accuracy, reliability, numeracy. Excellent knowledge of the defined areas, well-versed with street names and places. Computer literate. Strong interpersonal skills. Accustomed to outdoor work. Detail-oriented. Independent. Has a car with a valid driver’s license. Having an iPhone would be a plus, as the candidate will mainly deal with an application on the iOS system. Willingness to travel. Years of experience: 1-3 Years of experience as a merchandiser, sales representative, or retail auditor/MIS Auditor. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. Candidates with a high school diploma would be considered. Location: Ramallah, Palestine. With field travel to other areas in the West Bank. Languages Required: Fluent in English & Arabic. Benefits: Car Allowance, Phone Allowance, and Health Insurance.
