As an Operations Manager, you drive the continuous improvement of our operations, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and building sustainable structures to support further growth. You work cross-functionally to optimize our core processes and ensure that operational excellence is embedded in day-to-day business.

For our Hamburg office, we are therefore looking to hire a (Senior) Operations Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

  • Analysis, optimization, and continuous development of existing business processes, as well as identification of efficiency potential across all relevant areas.
  • Management and coordination of cross-departmental processes and initiatives involving Finance, Buying, Sales, Logistics, Tech, and other departments.
  • Leadership of operationally relevant projects, in particular tool rollouts and system implementations, including support of change processes and ensuring successful adoption in day-to-day operations.
  • Creation, documentation, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identification of bottlenecks and development of pragmatic solutions to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Close collaboration with the Tech team to further develop and implement digital solutions.
  • Definition, monitoring, and analysis of relevant KPIs, as well as deriving actions and preparing reports.
  • Support in forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Evaluation of new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Operations Management, Process Management, or a comparable role.
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Operations, Process or Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and experience working in cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated success in:
    • Leading cross-functional projects
    • Tool and system implementations
    • Process optimization and KPI management
    • Scaling business models
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured and solution-oriented working style, and high problem-solving ability.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (German skills are optional).
  • Confident use of common tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software).
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Hands-on mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to set priorities and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
