We are interested in connecting with engineering leaders who can demonstrate experience in one or more of the following areas:

Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across complex engineering and construction projects
Providing technical leadership throughout the engineering lifecycle, from concept and design through execution and commissioning
Establishing engineering standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices

Managing engineering quality, technical assurance, and compliance with applicable industry standards and client requirements
Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, marine, or other engineering disciplines
Supporting innovation, constructability, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives

Working closely with clients, consultants, project teams, and executive stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
Managing engineering risks, technical decision-making, and project performance throughout the project lifecycle
Mentoring and developing engineering professionals while building high-performing technical teams
