  • Translate client needs into technically sound HVAC solutions
  • Perform heat loss calculations and engineering analyses
  • Design hydraulic schemes and system configurations
  • Ensure compliance with EPB regulations and applicable Belgian standards
  • Prepare and manage technical documentation (drawings, specifications, technical sheets, work instructions)
  • Provide technical support to sales teams, project teams, and external partners
  • Optimize and update internal engineering tools and calculation methods
  • Contribute to product benchmarking and technical market comparisons
  • Clearly explain technical decisions and solutions to clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Energy, Electromechanics, HVAC, or similar)
  • Experience in HVAC systems, heating technologies, or building services
  • Strong knowledge of heat loss calculations and hydraulic systems
  • Familiarity with EPB regulations and Belgian building standards
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently in a structured manner
  • Dutch – required
  • English – professional proficiency
  • French – an asset
