Product Manager, Web Experience

The Position CallRail is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager, Web Experience to join our Marketing team and play a key role in driving business growth through our website.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the development and execution of the quarterly product roadmap, acting as the bridge between high-level vision and day-to-day execution to ensure Engineering partners have the clarity and prioritization needed to deliver against key business objectives.
- →Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of features.
- →Lead end-to-end A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve site conversion, user experience, and overall performance.
- →Proactively research and leverage emerging AI tools to automate internal workflows, personalize web experiences, and synthesize complex user data into actionable insights.
- →Maintain site reliability and data integrity by supporting QA efforts for new features and validating that all tracking, tagging, and analytics are accurately implemented.
- →Provide CMS support for website content updates as needed to keep the site current and optimized.
- →Serve as a consistent point of contact for stakeholders and partners, communicating project timelines, progress, and performance results.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Web Experience, or a related role with a proven track record of driving conversion growth.
- Extensive experience collaborating with Engineering teams in an Agile environment, including managing backlogs, writing user stories, and facilitating sprint planning.
- Ability to take high-level quarterly goals and break them down into prioritized, technical work items.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, or similar).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and a solid understanding of web architecture and site performance.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker as well as experience validating Google Tag Manager implementations to ensure data integrity.
- Interest in emerging AI trends and tools, with an eye for how they can improve internal efficiency or the user journey.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Builder.io) and project management software (JIRA and Asana).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements and performance results for non-technical stakeholders.
