You will operate at the intersection of:
strategy,
operations,
transformation,
AI-enabled execution at scale.
You are expected to think like a strategist and act like an operator.
Responsibilities
~1 min readCo-create and operationalize company strategy together with the CEO, in close collaboration with the CTO (Founder)
Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across the organization, together with other members of the leadership team
Lead and continuously improve planning processes across strategy, OKRs, budgeting, and reporting
Build and scale performance management systems, including KPIs, OKRs, reporting, and operating cadences
Establish and strengthen execution discipline across teams
Embed AI into operational processes and decision-making to increase speed, quality, and leverage
Own and evolve internal project management standards and capabilities (PMO)
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment at the leadership level
Build a more data-driven management culture and stronger decision-making processes
Lead operational transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI across workflows
Strengthen continuous improvement culture through process excellence, leaner ways of working, automation, and workflow optimization
Over time, help shape and develop a small team of project, operations, and process specialists
In your first 90 days, your goal will be to take control of how the company operates and bring clarity, consistency, and leverage across what is already in motion - while already driving tangible improvements.
You will build on existing foundations while identifying and addressing the most critical gaps and inconsistencies.
This is not a “diagnose and present” phase. You are expected to analyze and improve in parallel.
You will:
rapidly map and assess how the company currently operates across teams, processes, and reporting,
identify the most critical gaps, inefficiencies, and misalignments,
start solving the highest-impact problems immediately — not just documenting them,
bring structure and clarity to ongoing initiatives and priorities,
establish visibility and control over key projects and execution streams,
introduce initial standards for planning, reporting, and execution discipline.
By the end of this period, you should be able to say:
You are also expected to start identifying and implementing opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve how the organization operates - from decision-making to execution speed and process efficiency.
You may have worked as a Head of Operations, Senior Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations Leader, Transformation Lead, PMO / Operational Excellence Leader, or in a similarly broad, execution-focused role.
What matters most is that you have already operated in a high-impact environment and know how to make things happen.
We want to meet you if you:
bring at least 6+ years of experience in operations-focused, senior managerial roles, ideally in fast-paced, innovation-driven IT, tech, or consulting environments,
are a true “get things done” person with a strong track record of execution in real business environments,
have built or run parts of a business - not only advised it,
combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and ownership,
are comfortable working side by side with a CEO and taking responsibility for outcomes,
know how to lead through influence across functions, not only through hierarchy,
have excellent project and stakeholder management skills,
are highly data fluent and use data to drive decisions, not just report on them,
communicate clearly and structurally, with strong executive-level communication,
have experience driving organizational change, transformation, or continuous improvement,
think in terms of how AI can augment workflows, decision-making, and execution - and actively apply it in your day-to-day work,
bring strong ownership, proactivity, and a bias for action.
