As a Public Sector Account Executive, you’ll champion the adoption of process automation across the DACH public sector, bringing innovation, transparency, and efficiency to government agencies. Responsibilities

Build and expand relationships with public sector decision-makers, acting as a trusted partner on their digital transformation journey.

Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to drive the adoption of Camunda’s best-in-class automation solutions.

Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans, leveraging your expertise and network to identify opportunities and deliver results.

Collaborate across technical, product, and customer success teams to ensure value realisation and customer satisfaction.

Navigate complex negotiations and public procurement processes with resilience and professionalism.

Represent Camunda at industry events, advocating for Camunda’s portfolio with compelling communication and presentations.

Demonstrable experience with Public Sector evaluation and procurement methods
Well-established network within Germany’s public sector.
Highly self-motivated with a “Manager of One” mindset, equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Expert customer focus, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven drive for results and resilience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
Nice to Have

Experience with open source business models and communities.
