Major Equipment Clerk

• Receive, issue, and verify EMOs and EIS documentation

• Complete deviation records and temporary loan documentation

• Support vehicle loading/unloading and perform data entry in DRMIS

• Record, issue, and manage CADC sales for equipment

• Monitor and control SLOCs with serial-controlled items

• Manage CFR files, ensuring all relevant parties and individuals are communicated with in a timely manner

• Provide backup support for shipping and receiving operations.

• Perform other duties as required

• Follows all Health and Safety requirements including wearing all mandatory personal protective equipment and participating the any Health and Safety training that is required

• High school Diploma or equivalent

The following certifications/designations are considered an asset:

• Knowledge of DND policies and procedures

2 or more years’ experience in the following would be considered an asset:

• SAP experience

Proficient knowledge and understanding of:

• Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Teams

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and with minimal direction

• Must possess serviceable steel toe safety boots that meet standards for workplace safety

*Must be able to achieve and maintain a Government of Canada Security Clearance*
