Technical Program Manager - Platform

At Candid Health, we’re searching for a Platform Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive operational strategy alongside engineering and product leadership. As a dedicated partner embedded within our Platform Engineering team, you will own the team's long-term roadmap and operational cadence rather than bouncing between short-term projects. Your mission is to translate complex, multi-team dependencies into clear execution plans—maximizing engineering velocity and ensuring our infrastructure scales as fast as our business.

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $165,000 to $210,000 USD; commensurate with experience. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.

Please note: we are looking for employees to join our in-person culture at one of our offices (Denver, New York, or San Francisco). Our weekly schedule is 4 days in-office and 1 day working remotely.
