As the Implementation Team Lead, you are the bridge between high-level strategy and front-line excellence. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you’ll be the "player-coach" driving a team of Mid-Market Implementation Specialists to deliver world-class onboarding experiences.

This is a pivotal role where you will refine our post-sales engine. You’ll partner closely with the Implementation Manager to translate metrics into action, mentor your team through complex data migrations, and ensure that every new firm joining Canopy feels supported, empowered, and ready to thrive. If you love building high-performing teams and obsession over the "Time-to-Value" metric, this is your next big move.
