We are looking for an innovative and experienced Agentic AI Specialist with expertise in GitHub Copilot, large language models (LLMs) and agent-based modelling to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI-driven development tools, natural language processing, and the ability to integrate these technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency in software development processes.

• →AI Integration and Optimization:
  • →Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-driven tools to enhance coding efficiency and accuracy.
  • →Integrate large language models (LLMs) into existing workflows to automate and improve development processes.
• →Development and Implementation:
  • →Develop and implement AI solutions that assist in code generation, debugging, and documentation.
  • →Collaborate with development teams to identify and address areas where AI can improve productivity and quality.
• →Research and Innovation:
  • →Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
  • →Conduct research to explore new applications of LLMs and AI tools in software development.
• →Training and Support:
  • →Provide training and support to development teams on the effective use of GitHub Copilot and other AI tools.
  • →Develop documentation and best practices for integrating AI tools into the development lifecycle.
• →Collaboration and Communication:
  • →Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide tailored AI solutions.
  • →Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• →Security and Compliance:
  • →Ensure that all AI solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements.
  • →Implement best practices for data privacy and security in AI-driven development processes.

Key Requirements

• →Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• →3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related roles.
• →Proven track record of integrating AI tools into software development processes.
• →Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• →Extensive experience with GitHub Copilot and other AI-driven development tools.
• →Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
• →Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• →Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
