  • Capacité à documenter les processus, à analyser les environnements à l’état actuel et à définir des KPI mesurables
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. Étant donné que la vaste majorité de nos clients, tant internes qu’externes, sont situés à l’extérieur du Québec et du Canada, des exigences linguistiques précises peuvent s’appliquer. Une maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais est requise.
  • Expérience dans les environnements des marchés des capitaux ou des services financiers
  • Familiarité avec les programmes de mise à niveau d’infrastructure à grande échelle

We are supporting a leading capital markets client through a critical market infrastructure transformation initiative focused on expanding the Canadian Fixed Income ecosystem and onboarding key market participants to strategic clearing and repo services. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of this complex, multi-workstream program, ensuring alignment across business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.

Working within a highly regulated capital markets environment, you will coordinate delivery activities across multiple teams and organizations, manage critical dependencies and risks, and help ensure program objectives are achieved on time and within scope.

This role requires a strong delivery leader who can navigate complexity, foster collaboration across stakeholder groups, and maintain momentum across interconnected initiatives while supporting program governance and executive reporting.

  • Experience within Fixed Income, Repo, Clearing, Settlement, Custody, or broader Capital Markets infrastructure environments
  • Knowledge of market infrastructure organizations, financial market utilities, or regulatory-driven transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing programs involving multiple business units, vendors, or delivery organizations
  • Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, operational resilience, or market expansion initiatives
  • Consulting or client-facing experience delivering transformation programs for financial services organizations

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale capital markets transformation program, ensuring alignment across business, operational, and technology workstreams
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups and organizations, helping maintain a unified delivery approach and shared program objectives
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints to support successful delivery outcomes
  • Facilitate collaboration across business, product, operations, and technology teams to ensure requirements, priorities, and delivery plans remain aligned
  • Support governance activities, status reporting, and stakeholder communications, providing transparency on program progress, risks, decisions, and milestones
  • 10+ years of experience delivering complex programs or large-scale transformation initiatives within Capital Markets, Financial Services, or other highly regulated environments
  • Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, dependencies, and delivery teams within large programs
  • Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, planning, budgeting, and delivery methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior business, technology, and operational leaders

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
