Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Partner with functional leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.
- →Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure leadership pipeline strength.
- →Lead performance management processes, goal setting, and capability development initiatives.
- →Analyze people metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, diversity) and provide data-driven insights to leaders.
- →Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- →Coach managers on employee relations, performance improvement, and team effectiveness.
- →Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning to improve engagement scores and retention.
- →Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and C&B teams to ensure integrated HR delivery.
- →Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Improve employee engagement and retention.
- Strengthen leadership capability and succession coverage.
- Enable high-performance culture aligned to business growth.
- Support transformation and change initiatives with minimal business disruption.
Requirements
~1 min read- 7–9 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in an HRBP or similar partnering role.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in interpreting HR analytics and translating insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
