Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure leadership pipeline strength.
  • Lead performance management processes, goal setting, and capability development initiatives.
  • Analyze people metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, diversity) and provide data-driven insights to leaders.
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
  • Coach managers on employee relations, performance improvement, and team effectiveness.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning to improve engagement scores and retention.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and C&B teams to ensure integrated HR delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Strengthen leadership capability and succession coverage.
  • Enable high-performance culture aligned to business growth.
  • Support transformation and change initiatives with minimal business disruption.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in an HRBP or similar partnering role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in interpreting HR analytics and translating insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
