Scrum Master- Arabic Speaker - Riyadh

Location: Riyadh | Type: Permanent

• →Lead and manage software delivery initiatives from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines
• →Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• →Support collaboration across cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end development
• →Identify and remove delivery impediments while promoting continuous improvement practices
• →Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders using clear and relevant metrics

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role within software engineering environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies in complex environments
• Experience coordinating delivery across system integration or multi-team projects
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Relevant Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) with active status

• Experience supporting platform implementation projects, including UAT coordination and go-live activities
• Experience within financial services domains such as banking, capital markets, or wealth management
• Ability to support multilingual environments, including Arabic language skills
