Management Consultant – Insurance – London Markets

• →Support client engagements and proposal development for London Market transformation initiatives
• →Deliver consulting services including business analysis, project management, and data strategy
• →Lead cross-functional Capco-client teams and manage senior stakeholder expectations
• →Contribute to thought leadership and market insight activities within the London Market
• →Drive collaboration across underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and technology teams

• Experience working with London Market entities such as syndicates, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programmes within insurance
• Strong understanding of both business and IT functions - underwriting, claims, e-trading, policy admin
• Expertise in London Market processes and initiatives (e.g. Future at Lloyd’s, RPA, e-trading)
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle from strategy to implementation and delivery

• Experience in data governance, modelling, or analytics within insurance
• Exposure to agile methodologies and digital change frameworks
• Ability to identify areas for operational improvement and deliver continuous improvement strategies
• Effective collaboration with third-party vendors and external partners
• Prior consulting experience or strong internal transformation experience in FS
