Management Consultant – Life & Pensions

Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Insurance | Type: Permanent

• →Lead and support end-to-end transformation initiatives across Life & Pensions, spanning strategy, analysis, and delivery
• →Define business requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate regulatory or strategic drivers into structured change artefacts
• →Manage project plans, governance forums, RAID processes, budgets, and stakeholder communications
• →Support implementation activities including testing strategy, UAT coordination, and benefits realisation tracking
• →Partner with business and technology teams to align operating model design, process change, and system implementation

• Experience delivering change within Life & Pensions, either in consulting or industry roles
• Strong Business Analysis capability (requirements gathering, process mapping, TOM design) combined with delivery or project leadership experience
• Demonstrable success supporting regulatory, operational, or technology transformation programmes
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical audiences

• Experience supporting regulatory initiatives such as IFRS17, Consumer Duty, Solvency II, or similar
• Familiarity with policy administration systems, claims platforms, or digital distribution in Life & Pensions
• Experience delivering front-to-back operating model or legacy modernisation programmes
• Exposure to data transformation, automation, or customer experience initiatives
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, BCS BA, or equivalent
