Programme Management Consultant (Polish is mandatory)

As a Programme Management Consultant at Capco, you will support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of complex programmes within Banking & Payments. Working closely with Programme and Stream Leads, you will help maintain visibility across schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.

You will collaborate with multiple teams and workstreams, supporting effective governance and helping ensure stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions. You will also have the opportunity to identify improvements to programme organisation and delivery methodologies.

• →Support Programme and Stream Leads in planning and coordinating programme activities.
• →Support the definition and management of schedules, dependencies, and key milestones.
• →Identify and communicate cross-stream blockers, risks, and dependencies.
• →Participate in status reviews, governance committees, and working sessions, supporting the preparation of decision-making materials for Programme Sponsors, Steering Committees, and senior management.
• →Recommend improvements to programme organisation and delivery methodologies while supporting alignment across multiple teams and workstreams.

• Support Programme and Stream Leads in planning and coordinating activities.

• Support alignment and coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Fluency in Polish & English.
