Responsibilities

→Lead delivery of wealth platform transformation initiatives, including post-merger technology and operations integration
→Oversee platform implementations (e.g. Avaloq, Temenos, Aladdin) ensuring alignment to business and regulatory requirements
→Manage RAID processes, governance forums, and stakeholder engagement across advisory and servicing transformation programmes
→Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and front-office stakeholders
→Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards in Agile or hybrid environments

Demonstrable experience delivering transformation programmes within Wealth & Asset Management
Experience overseeing platform implementation or post-integration delivery within wealth environments
Strong understanding of advisory, servicing, and mass affluent client models
Proven stakeholder management experience across business and technology teams
Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks

Nice to Have

Direct experience with Avaloq, Temenos, Aladdin, or comparable wealth platforms
Experience supporting post-merger integration or large-scale operating model transformation
Exposure to FCA regulatory requirements within wealth management
Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP
CISI qualification or equivalent industry certification
