We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) within investment banking or financial services. The candidate will work closely with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Quant, and Technology teams to support regulatory initiatives, capital calculations, and strategic risk transformation programs.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, understanding of Basel regulations, and hands-on experience in translating regulatory requirements into functional business solutions.

• →Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to:
  • →Basel III / Basel IV
  • →SA-CCR
  • →IMM / EAD calculations
  • →RWA optimization
  • →Regulatory capital reporting
• →Liaise with stakeholders across:
  • →Market Risk
  • →Counterparty Credit Risk
  • →Regulatory Reporting
  • →Finance
  • →Technology teams
• →Prepare:
  • →BRD (Business Requirement Documents)
  • →FRD / Functional Specifications
  • →User stories
  • →Process flows
  • →Data mapping documents
