About the Role
~1 min readAs a Senior Consultant on the Insurance team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering on a range of challenging projects across our insurance practice. We are seeking individuals with a broad range of experience and expertise across the insurance value chain Life, Pensions, Health & Employee Benefits and General Insurance / Property & Casualty. As a Senior Consultant within Capco, you will be working with insurance leads in identifying the strategy and drivers for change and effecting change across business operations and technology. You will be joining a growing team with deep expertise and an exciting set of client engagements with a focus on digital, data and operational transformation.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Help deliver end-to-end oversight for specific workstreams and work with a team on the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives
- →Collaborate and develop forward-thinking solutions across various pillars such as technology, people and process for our insurance clients
- →Work on transformation projects and process improvement initiatives for multi-national insurers
- →Work cross functionally to develop and execute digital transformation strategies to ensure our clients achieve their growth and efficiency objectives
- →Support team lead in managing the full lifecycle of work – aligning on deliverable(s), drafting the execution plan, establishing KPIs and driving a scaled agile execution model to completion

Requirements
~1 min readKey requirement for this role is to have a background in Financial Services or Insurance within one or more of these capability areas:
- Change and operational transformation
- Digital transformation
- Data strategy, data management, data engineering & data analytics
- Business & finance transformation
- Technology strategy, architecture development and technology transformation
We are looking for exceptional talent with the following:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry with a specific focus on digital transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution and/or Claims.
- 3+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas within Insurance: digital transformation, agile transformation, operational excellence, designing/implementing target operating model
- A strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverable
- Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working.
- Experience working on large scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams
- Highly effective relationship management skills, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
- Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
