Solution Architect (Banking)

• →Lead the design of end-to-end solution architectures across applications, data, and infrastructure.
• →Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise technology standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• →Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
• →Partner with engineering and delivery teams to guide implementation and ensure architectural integrity.
• →Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
• →Document solution designs, integration patterns, and reusable assets to support enterprise architecture governance.
• →Provide technical leadership and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on architecture best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with end-to-end solution design responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture domains (applications, data, infrastructure, security).
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern integration patterns (APIs, microservices).
• Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to solution design.

• Background in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data governance, data modelling, and integration with big data platforms.
