Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead requirements gathering and analysis across multiple HR workstreams to support SAP SuccessFactors implementation
- →Support system implementation activities including testing (SIT/UAT), integrations, compliance, and data migration
- →Coordinate defect logging and track resolution during system testing phases
- →Partner with vendors and internal teams during system configuration, setup, and enhancements
- →Drive legacy system clean-up activities and create clear supporting documentation and process materials
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP or SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle
- Experience documenting requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Analytical capability with experience in data analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across regional teams
Nice to Have

- Exposure to global or multi-region HR transformation programmes
- Experience supporting system configuration activities
- Familiarity with HR compliance and payroll integrations
- Professional certification or formal training in business analysis or project management
