Monitor internal order executions to ensure accuracy, timely trade confirmations, compliance with regulatory requirements and delivery of optimal customer outcomes.

Review and analyze trading activity across over 12,000 instruments, in various asset classes including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, futures, and forex.

Perform continuous Best Execution monitoring and generate reports for presentation to internal committees.

Develop and produce effective KPIs to evaluate and track trading data and performance.

Manage the processing of corporate events and ensure the proper implementation of corporate actions in trading systems.

Work closely with other departments to improve and streamline our current procedures, systems, and tools using AI.

Perform post-trade surveillance to ensure adherence to trading regulations and policies.

Ensure accurate pricing of products and monitor system performance to maintain high execution standards.

3+ years of experience in Dealing, Trading Operations or a similar role within a regulated financial services environment.

Strong understanding of multi-asset trading (Stocks, CFD, KO) and knowledge of ESMA regulatory frameworks.

Experience monitoring order execution, trade lifecycle processes, Best Execution, MAR and corporate actions.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and produce KPIs and management reports (advanced Excel required; SQL/Python is a plus).

Detail-oriented team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and improve processes and systems.
