About the Role
~1 min readAs Risk Assurance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day implementation of Capricorn’s risk and compliance strategy and frameworks. Providing independent Line 2 oversight and constructive challenge, you will help ensure risk supports sound commercial decision-making across the organisation.
You will oversee Capricorn’s risk profile against Board-approved appetite and tolerance, lead risk and compliance assurance reviews, monitor regulatory change, and provide practical advice on new initiatives, incidents and systemic improvement opportunities. You will also prepare concise Board and executive reporting that highlights key insights and areas for attention.
You will work closely with senior leaders, operational risk colleagues, internal audit and external partners to strengthen risk management practices, improve operational processes and systems, and build risk maturity. .
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience with governance, risk and compliance systems.
- Experience working with third-party risk system vendors and supporting system improvement.
- Exposure to business continuity management or corporate insurance activities.
- Membership of a relevant industry body.
A bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field is required.
