Advisor, Global Timekeeping

Ideal location is within a 1-hour commute to Dublin, OH. The Advisor may work from home but must have the ability to come on-site to our Dublin office as needed, approximately once a month.

• →Act as a liaison between COE’s, global payroll teams, HRIT, HRIS, and other stakeholders
• →Participate in cross-functional initiatives that affect payroll, including development and execution
• →Work with manager to develop best practices and controls
• →Support production issues related to payroll and timekeeping
• →Coordinate all required testing for projects, defects and enhancements
• →Act as a leader in the HR Service Center through training and guidance

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 4+ years' experience in payroll and timekeeping, preferred
• Experience with Workday timekeeping, strongly preferred
• Experience with payroll systems, such as ADP Celergo or other systems preferred
• Experience with large employer/multi-state and country knowledge
• Experience with benefits, open enrollments, timekeeping regulations
• FPC Certification, preferred

• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
• May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Lead complex projects of large scope
• Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
• Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
• Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Anticipated salary range: $67,500-$96,300
