Inventory Associate (1st shift)

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, retail stocking, or related inventory control functions preferred​.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to support accurate documentation preferred.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality customer support, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Ability to be a strong team player, collaborating effectively while also working independently as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk long distances, bend, and routinely lift or move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read and write in English required.

Customer/vendor credentialing is required (this may include vaccinations). More details will be provided if you are selected for an interview

• →Perform daily inventory management and replenishment of medical and surgical supplies across assigned locations.
• →Receive and verify incoming supply orders against shipment and receiving reports.
• →Utilize Pyxis and CIMs systems to restock inventory and conduct inventory tracking functions.
• →Maintain stock locations, including inventory rotation, expiration monitoring, product recall management, and overall organization and cleanliness.
• →Monitor inventory levels and respond with urgency to low stock or quality concerns.
• →Collaborate closely with clinical nurse managers, logistics teams, and nursing staff to support operational needs.
• →Safely lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull loads of up to 200 pounds.
• →Maintain flexibility to work overtime as needed, including on short notice.
