Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Cardiology

Village Heart & Vein, a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing cardiovascular team in Leesburg.

This is a full-time outpatient cardiology position offering a Monday–Friday schedule in a collaborative, physician-led practice environment. Providers work alongside experienced cardiologists and APPs while caring for a diverse cardiovascular patient population in the clinic setting.

Whether you're an experienced APP or a new graduate looking to build a career in cardiology, this role provides the opportunity to develop specialized cardiovascular knowledge within a well-established and growing practice.

• →Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in the outpatient setting
• →Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
• →Review diagnostic testing, including EKGs, imaging, and laboratory studies
• →Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• →Manage medications and provide patient education
• →Coordinate specialty referrals and ongoing cardiovascular care
• →Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
• Prior cardiology experience is preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
