Our Home Care Sales Specialists drive growth and build lasting relationships within the healthcare community.
This is a 100% field-based role covering Newport News, VA and surrounding markets, where you will take full ownership of your territory, develop strong referral networks, and position Care Advantage as the provider of choice.
You'll collaborate with a high-performing, supportive sales and operations team focused on accountability, results, and shared success.
Responsibilities

- →Rehabilitation centers and CCRCs
- →Call on social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and facility leadership
- →Present Care Advantage's services as trusted, patient-centered care solutions
- →Clearly communicate our clinical capabilities, responsiveness, and service quality
- →Build and execute weekly territory and account plans
- →Schedule and lead face-to-face meetings and in-services
- →Partner closely with operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- →Deliver an exceptional referral-to-start-of-care experience
- →Expand market share and strengthen Care Advantage's brand presence
- →Leverage CRM tools, reporting, and company resources to drive results
