Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Analysis: Perform geometric design, drainage calculations, pavement design, and site investigations.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs follow local, state, and federal standards (e.g., DOT regulations).

  • Construction Support: Develop cost estimates, specifications, and project schedules, often providing technical support during construction.


Required Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of transportation engineering experience.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
  • License: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
