Cellular Virtual Platform Developer

As an expert virtual prototype engineer at Apple's Wireless Technologies and Ecosystems organization, you will play a crucial role in developing virtual prototype solutions for next-generation cellular and connectivity products. You'll bring your 3+ years of experience in virtual prototypes and IP modeling using languages like SystemC to the team. Working closely with system engineering, SOC, and software teams, your responsibilities include designing, developing, and integrating virtual prototypes for SoCs, particularly for cellular software development. Proficiency in C/C++ and Python, a strong understanding of CPU/subsystems, SOC architecture, and hardware-software interfaces are essential for this role. Your work will contribute to the advancement of wireless connectivity technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS, ensuring seamless customer experiences with Apple products. The base pay for this position ranges from $131,500 to $243,300, depending on qualifications and location, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonuses or commission payments.
