LEAD/MANAGER - SELENIUM TESTER - LEAD SELENIUM

This position involves taking a leadership role in the software testing process and managing a team responsible for test automation. The Lead/Manager will collaborate with product teams to develop a test automation solution, create a standard framework for various testing types, and ensure appropriate test environments are in place. They will be responsible for evaluating and recommending new testing tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality. The role requires strong technical skills in Java, Selenium, Rest, and API testing, as well as experience in web application QA. The Lead/Manager will be responsible for managing the project from estimation to successful sign off, conducting code reviews, and documenting defects. They will also be involved in coordinating between onsite and offshore teams and providing demos to end customers. Overall, the Lead/Manager will play a key role in driving QA objectives and decisions while motivating and guiding the testing team towards a common goal.
